Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on the website of Birds Land Pet Store, Amman, Jordan (“Birds Land”, “we”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

• All prices are shown in Jordanian dinars (JD).

• Product images are for illustration only; packaging may vary.

• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or by credit or debit card. Discount codes are subject to their own conditions, such as a minimum order value.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery areas, times and fees, and store pickup, are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Pet care advice

Advice from our team is general guidance and does not replace a veterinary consultation. Veterinary diets should only be fed on your vet’s recommendation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
