How long does delivery take?

In Amman, orders usually arrive the same day or the next day; other governorates take 1–3 days. Orders placed on a Friday are delivered the next day, and delivery is free on orders over 30 JD.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Jordan, and you can also pay by credit or debit card.

Is your Royal Canin genuine?

Yes. Birds Land is the official distributor of Royal Canin in Jordan, so every Royal Canin product we sell is genuine.

How do I choose the right food for my pet?

Do veterinary diets need a vet’s recommendation?

Yes. Veterinary diets are formulated for specific health conditions and should only be fed on your vet’s recommendation.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Yes. Choose Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our store at Mecca Al Mukarramah St 188, Amman, Jordan. It’s usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours.
